" I.AGNES J.BYERS,of Monongahela,Washington County, Pennsylvania,do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST:I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,including the purchase and erection,complete at my grave,of a marker the aa~e as marks the ~rave of my late husband Theodore M.Byers. SECOND:I give and bequeath my home at 900 Main Street, in the City of Monongahela,to the city of Monongahela,to be used as a Public Library as memorial to my late husband,Theodore M. Byers,to be known as the Byers Memorial Library,and appoint Robert W.Byers and Eugene W.Gibbons to secure plans and carry out my wishes. THIRD:I also give and bequeath to the City of Mononga- ~ela the sum of One Thousand Dollars to be used in making altera- tions and improvements necessary to convert the home into a public library building. FOURTH:I give and bequeath to Emma Byers Scott,or her survivors,Three Hundred shares of the Bellewood and Monongahela Natural Gas Company Stock,also my mahogany dining room furniture, piano,rose pattern table linen cloth and twelve napkins. FIFTH:I give and bequeath to Robert W.Byers and Mattie Cocain Byers or their survivors ten (10)shares of the First Nat- tonal Bank Stock of Monongahela,Pennsylvania,and Two Hundred shares of the Bellewood and Monongahela Natural Gas Stock,also my fcur yard linen table cloth with twelve napkins marked with the letter "Bit. •, SIXTH:I give and bequeath to Robert Edwi~Byers (34) • thirty-four shares of the Bellewood and Monongahela Natural Gas Company stock. SEVENTH:To Bobby Byers,son of Robert Edwin Byers,I give and bequeath the collection of one cent coins,the property of the late Theodore M.Byers,also silver service set of five pieces marked with the letter "B". .\ EIGHTH:I give and bequeath to Geor~e Byers Scott (34) I thirty-four shares of the Bellewood and Monongahela Natural Gas Company stock,also my three piece set of walnut parlor furniture. NINTH:I ~ive and bequeath to Dala Scott ~y tourmaline .ring set in white gold,white haviland china set of dishes and Five hundred dollars. I TENTH:I give and bequeath to Lucile Springer (19)nine- teen shares of Lincoln Telephone Securities Company's stock,to Merline Springer (19)nineteen shares Lincoln Telephone Securities Company's stock and to Billy Springer (20)twenty s~ares of Lincol Telephone Securities Companyts stock. ELEVENTH:I give and bequeath to Lucile Springer my hand painted stein and jardinair on stand,my diamond bar pin,one doze solid silver teaspoons marked "Mae",a dozen salt spoons matching the teaspoons and any hand paint~d pictures which have not been heretofore bequeathed. TWELFTH~I give and bequeath to Adelbert Breede Cline One Thousand Dollar bond of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company. THIRTEENTH:I give and bequeath to Jane Elizabeth Glalste (50)fifty shares of th~American Telephone and Tele~raph Company stock,also the furniture,rugs,pictures and everjthing in the bird's eye maple bed room,also set of dishes and contents in the large and small cupboards in the pantry,with whatever she selects in the kitchen,the silver in the bUffet,whatever books she selec e in the library,Victor radio and Chevrolet auto. I IOliver •., FOURTEENTH:I give and bequeath to Bertie Williams,Mrs. Lilly Lilley,Thurman Furnier,nieces and nephew of my late hus- band Theodore M.Byers,each Five Hundred Dollars. FIFTEENTH:I give and bequeath to Mary Byers Clipper of Millville,New Jersey,the sum of Three Thousan~Dollars. SIXTEENTH:It is provided and made a condition of this gift that any and all payments made unto Mary Byers Clipper by the First National Bank of Monongahela,Pennsylvania,shall be treated as an advancement on this legacy and this legacy shall be reduced in amount to correspond with the total amount of payments I I made by the said First National Bank of Monongahela,Pennsylvania I and which has been charged to my account by said bank.In event the said Mary Byers Clipper shall predecease me,then this legacy shall lapse and become a part of my residuary estate. SEVENTEENTH:I give and bequeath to Mrs.Margaret Foster one Five Hundred Dollar Treasury bond and should sbe predecease me I then said Five Hundred Dollar bond is to go to George Foster and Gladys Foster in equal shares,and I bequeath to Miss Annie Fontan or her heirs,Two Hundred Dollars. EIGHTEENTH:I give and bequeath to Theodore Byers Wey- gandt,son of W.H.Weygandt,Two Hundred Fifty Dollars. NINETEENTH:I give and bequeath to my niece and nephew, and Marjorie Cline Peacock,each Fiye Hundred Dollars. TWENTIETH:I give and bequeath to Marjorie Cline Peacock, my one stone diamond ring set in white gold and my pearl handled knives for the period of her lifetime and at her death to go to her daughter,Margaret Peacock Tuttle. TWENTY-FIRST:I give and bequeath to Theodore Oliver Peacock the sum of one Thousand Dollars and forty-seven (47)share of Southern California Edison stock. TWENTY-SEC01~:I give and bequeath to my niece,Verna Cline,my solid silver souvenir teaspoons and my three stone dia- mond ring for and during the period of her lifetime and at her •• death each one of the diamonds of said ring are to go to her daughters,Marjorie,Agnes and Marie respectively. TWENTY-THIRD:I give and bequeath to Marjorie Cline, IAgnes Cline Larsen,Margaret Peacock Tuttle,Marie Cline Tymstra and George Wilbur Cline,each Five Hundred Dollars. TWENTY-FOURTH:I give and bequeath to Agnes Cline Larsen my black lace dress. TWENTY-FIFTH:I give and bequeath to Donald Larsen,son of Agnes Cline Larsen,the sum of Five Hundred Dollars. TWENTY-SIXTH:I give and bequeath to my niece,Reba Cline Campbell,and her daughter,Beryl Clark,each the sum of Five Hundred Dollars. TWENTY-SEVENTH:I give and bequeath to Mary Katharine Huffman and Bryant Huffman,children of my niece,Martha Cline Huffman,each Two Hundred Fifty Dollars. TWENTY-EIGHTH:I gi ve and bequeath to my niece and nephew James A.Cline and Emma Cline,one Skelly Oil bond of One Thousand rollars. TWENTY-NINTH:I give and bequeath to Frank B.Alexander fJrty-nine (49)shares of Southern California Edison 6%preferred stock. THIRTY-FIRST:I give and bequeath to the Trustees of the First Presbyterian Church of Monongahela,Pennsylvania the sum of T~O Thousand Dollars. THIRTY-SECOND:I give and bequeath to the Trustees of the Memorial Hospital of Monongahela,Pennsylvania the sum of One Thousand Dollars. THIRTY-THIRD:I give and bequeath to the Trustees of the Home and Foreign Missionary Societies of the First Presbyterian Church of Monongahela,Pennsylvania each the sum of Five Hundred Do :'lars. •-.• THIRTY-FOURTH:I give and bequeath to the Trustees of th Young Ments Christian Association of Monongahela,Pennsylvania, the sum of One Thousand Dollars. THIRTY-FIFTH:I give and bequeath to the Trustees of the Black Diamond Mission of Monongahela,Pennsylvania,the sum of Five Hundred Dollars. THIRTY-SIXTH:Should there not be sufficient money be- longing to my estate with which to pay the bequests that are to be paid in money by the terms of this Will,then and in such an event I hereby authorize and direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to sell and convert into money a sufficient amount of any or all bonds,stocks or other property of my estate,not herein- before bequeathed,to pay the money bequests made in this my Las~ Will and Testament. THIRTY-SEVENTH:I give,devise and bequeath to Jane Eliz- abeth Glaister all the rest and residue of my estate,real,per- sonal and mixed,wheresoever situated or found. THIRTH-EIGHTH:I hereby appoint Robert W.Byers,George Byers Scott and E.W.Gibbons,the successor or successors of them to be the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament,and Chas. M.Hull to be the Attorney for my estate.
