First:-I direct my executor to convert all my estate, real and personal into money at public or private sale at such times and at such prices and upon such terms as he may deem for the best interest of my estate,and make,execute and deliver as good and sufficient conveyances as I might make if living, excepting what is hereinafter specifically bequeathed. Second:-I direct my executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and expenses of my last sickness, including hospital bills and medical attendance,and erect a suitable monument or marker at my grave and pay all Transfer Inheritance Tax out of the body of my estate,so that all bequests be clear of tax. Third:-I give and bequeath to Garnet Jeffries Murphy, my Sterling Silver Jewelry BOX;to my cousin,Clark Murphy,all my books;to Dr.C.H.LaClair,the picture of Judge Huston and the sum of three hundred ($300.00)dollars in money;to Dr.C.W.
