declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me
heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal or mixed,
and wherever situate,vested or contingent,I give,devise and bequeath to my
two brothers,BENJAMIN D'ANGELO and ANTHONY D'ANGELO,or their survivors,share
and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitwe and appoint my brothers,BENJAMIN
D'ANGELO and ANTHONY D'ANGELO,to be the Executors of this,my Last Will and
