William C.Bitzer "Will"
I,William C.Bitzer,of Wheeling,Ohio County,West Virginia,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do hereby make,pUblish
and declare this to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking
all other wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
and the costs of the administration of my estate shall be paid by my
duly appointed executrix as soon after my death as is convenient.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Anna Lee Bitzer,
all of my property,both personal and real,of which I may die seized:
said property consisting of real estate,situate at 56 Vista Avenue,
and the house thereon,and all household goods,moneys,stocks,obli-
gations owed me,if any,automobile and farm stock.
Third:I hereby appoint Anna Lee Bitzer,my wife,of Wheeling,
West Virginia,as executrix of this my last will,and I desire that
she be exempt from giving surety or sureties upon her official bond.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto affixed my signature this
16th day of October,1933.

for his last will and testament in the presence of us,who,at his
request and in his presence,and in the presence of each other at the
same time,have hereunto affixed our signatures as attesting witnesses

This 2?th day of July 1943,appeared Anna Lee Bitzer,petitioner,
by Ralph L.Miller,her attorney,and offered for probate the last will
and testament of William C.Bitzer,deceased,who departed this life
on the 22nd day of July 1943,and said last will and testament,which
bears date the 16th day of October 1933,was accompanied by a petition
requesting a day set for probate,service upon interested parties to
issue,etc.,as well as to w.~'.Keefer,who is this day appointed by
the Court,guardian ad litem for John H.Bitzer and Carl Bitzer in-
fants,and it is thereupon accordingly adjudged,ordereQ and decreed
that the 30th day of August 1943,at 10 o'clock A..,be set for
hearing and probate of said Will.

Order Of Continuance
This 30th day of August,1943,pursuant to setting,came Ralph
L.Miller,attorney for the petUao~herein,and represented to the
Court that said petitioner is ill and unable to attend court this day,
and moves the court for continuance of this matter until the 20th day
of September,1943.
There being no objection to said motion,and W.F.Keefer,guardi-
an ad litem for Carl Bitzer and John H.Bitzer,being present in person,
and making no objection to said motion,it is ordered and adjudged tha~
this matter be and hereby is continued,without further notice,to the
20th day of September,1943.

curity being required by the terms of said decedent's Will.Letters testa-
mentary on said decedent's Will are hereby granted said Executrix,in du
form.

Order Probating Will
This 15th day of September,1943,came on for hearing a petition
for probate heretofore filed in this proceeding,and from the facts
therein set forth,and from evidenoe of Robert G.Mccarter duly taken,the
Court finds that the decedent,William C.Bitzer,a resident of this
County,died in this County on the 22nd day of July 1943,and that all
of his heirs and next of kin,and persons interested in said Will,and
all persons who would have been interested in his estate if he had left
no such Will,are now duly before the Court,and the Court ther eupon
prooeeds to consider the Petition for Probate.
And W.F.Keefer,a competent and discreet attorney at law here-
tofore having been appointed as guardian ad litem for John H.Bitzer
and Carl Bitzer,infant sons of the said William C.Bitzer,having filed
his Answer as said guardian herein,and being present in person.And
the said Robert G.McCarter,having deposed and said that he did sub-
scribe his name as an attesting witness to the Last ~ll of the said
William C.Bitzer,in his presenoe,and at his request,and in the pres-
ence of W.K.Breokenridge,who is now out of this jurisdiction,and
the said W.K.Breckenridge did also sign his name as an attesting wit-
ness;that on the said 16th day of October 1933,the said William C.
Bitzer was of sound and disposing mind and memory.
Therefore,on motion of Anna Lee Bitzer,by her attorney,Ralph L.
Miller,it is ordered that the said writing be,and the s~e hereby is,
established,probated,and admitted to record as and for the last true
Will and Testament of the said William C.Bitzer,deoeased,as a Will,
of his entire estate.
