I,ELIZABETH H.HAHILTON,of vlashington,County,Pennsylvania,
do make,publish and declare this as and for a Codicil to my Last Will and
Testament dated Janua~20,1955.
Paragraph Second is revoked in its entirety and the following is
substituted therefor.
nSECOND:A.I give and bequeath my diamond ring consisting of
a single diamond in a Tiffany setting with a platinum band to my sister,GENEVA
W.DINSMORE,if she survives me.
B.I give and bequeath the balance of my jewelry,my
automobiles,clothing and other purely persone.l effects to my husband,WILLIM-1 C.
HAl'1ILTON,if he survives me."
In all other respects I hereqy rati~,republish and confirm my
Last Will and Testament dated January 20,1955.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ELIZABETH H.HAMILTON,of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory do make,publish and declare this my Last
\vill and Testament,hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and
all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executors to pay my just debts,the expenses
of my last illness and my funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all my jewelry,automobiles,cloth-
ing and other purely personal effects to my husband,WILLIAN:C.HAImTON,
if he survives me.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of
whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,of which I shall die
seised and possessed or to which at the time of my death I may be entitled,
I give,devise and bequeath to PEOPLES FIRST NATIONAL BANK &TRUST COMPANY,
Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,as Trustee under that certain Voluntary Trust
/b/~Agreement dated T -..,,and actually
executed by me prior ing of this,my Will,for the uses and pur-
poses and subject to the terms,conditions and powers set forth in said
Agreement.

FOURTH:If for any reason the said Voluntary Trust Agreement
is ineffective as a trust at the time the assets of my estate are to be
added to it,then the property herein given,devised and bequeathed to
PEOPLES FillSI'NATIONAL BANK &TRUST OOMPANY as Trustee under such Voluntary
Trust Agreement shall be held by it in trust in accordance with the provi-
sions of the said Voluntary Trust Agreement in its form immediately prior
to the execution of this Last Will and Testament.
FIFTH:I authorize my Executors to sell any and all real estate
of which I die seised,at public or private sale,for such prices and upon
such terms and conditions as they shall deem advisable,and to lIBke,execute
and deliver good and sufficient deed or deeds therefor,conveying title
thereto in fee simple absolute or for any less estate to any purchaser or
purchasers.
SIXTH:I authorize my Executors to make distribution of my es-
tate in kind,in cash,or partly in kind and partly in cash,as my Executors
shall believe advisable.
SEVENTH:I direct my Executors to payout of the principal of my
residuary estate all Federal Estate,State Inheritance,or Estate and Suc-
cession Taxes imposed upon or with respect to my estate or any property in
which I may have an interest,including any property not forming a part of
my testamentary estate but included in my gross estate for tax purposes,
except any property over which I have a taxable power of appointment in the
event it shall be held that I have not exercised such po'l-'{er of appointment

in this Will,at such times and in such manner as my Executors,in their
discretion,shall deem advisable;and no such taxes or any portion thereof
so paid shall be collected from or paid by any other person,persons or cor-
porations by way of reimbursement,proration,apportionment,or otherwise.
EIGHTH:I name and appoint PEOPlES FIRST NATIONAL BANK &TRUST
OOMPM"'Y,Pittsburgh,Pennsy1vania,and my husband,WILLIAM C.HAMILTON,or
the survivor of them as the Executors or Executor,as the case may be,of
this,my Last Will and Testament.
