LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MICHAEL HUSTAVA,of Canton Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM L:I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM 2:I devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,both real and personal,to my wife,Anna Hustava,if she is
living at the time of my death.In the event my wife dies during my lifetime
I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
as aforesaid to all my children living at the time of my death in equal shares,
namely:-Charles Gersna,SophIe Tokar,John Hustaya and Margaret H.
Spangler.During my lifetime I advanced $1,400.00 to my daughter,Margare
H.Spangler,and I hereby direct that said advancement shall be taken and
considered as a part of any share of my estate to which she may be entitled
under this will,and shall be accounted for accordingly.
ITEM 3:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Margaret H.Spangler,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and
authorize and direct my said Executrix to sell and convey,and execute good
and sufficient deeds of conveyance for any real estate or interest therein of
which I may die seized.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
