LAST WILL AND TESTA1ffiNT
I,MARY HAVERLACK,of Avella,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament.
1.I direct the payment of all my just debts including
my funeral bill as soon as it is reasonably convenient to pay
the same.
2.I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,real,
personal and mixed,to my husband,FRANK HAVERLACK,SR.,absolute-
lYe
3.In the event that my said husband dies before I do,
I direct,authorize and empower my Executor hereinafter appointed,
to sell and convey any and all real estate of which I die seized,
at either public or private sale,at such time or times and at
such price or prices as to him seems fit and proper,and to give
a deed or deeds for the same,without liability on the part of
the purchaser or purchasers to see to the application of the pur-
chase money.
4.The proceeds from the sale of said real estate,to-
gether with the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I give,
devise and bequeath in equal shares to my eight (8)children,
whose names are as follows:
