LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I,WTLLTAM H.DAVIS,SR.,of the City o~Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound ane'disposing min
and memory,do make,pUblish and deolare this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making voi~all other ills and
Testaments by me at any time heretotore made.
FIRST:I direot my Executor hereinafter named to pay
allot my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may oonvenieqt-
ly be done following my death.
SECONn:I give,devise and bequeath unto my grandson,
William Ivan Forgie,my automobile.
THIrrl):.Allor the rest,residue and remainder ot my
esta~e of whatsoever natu~e and wheresoever found,I give,devise
and bequeath unto my four (4)ohildren,share and share alike.
FOURTH:.In the event that anyone or more of my sai~
children should pre.deoease me,I then give,devise and bequeath
the share of said deoeased child to his or her children.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
WILLIAM H.DAVIS,~.,8S the Executor of this my Last Will and
Test8llent.
