presence of each other,subscribed their names thereto as witnesses;and at the time of the doing thereof said
testat~.:r was of sound,disposing mind,memory and understanding,to the best of the affiallts'
knowledge and helief.

WILL OF ROY H.HEISER
I,Roy H.Heiser,of the Borough of East Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient
after my decease.
2.If Alfred Wales and Mary Frances Wales havemith-
fully maintained the payment program set forth in the purchase
money mortgage which I hold against them until the time of my
death,I direct that the balance of the mortgage then owing shall
be cancelled and the mortgage satisfied of record.
3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,Grace Heiser Peek,if
she be living at the time of my decease,but if my said sister
shall have predeceased me,then said residue shall go to my niece,
Ethel Peek Slappey.
4.I nominate constitute and appoint Peoples First
National Bank &Trust Company to be Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
