That he is an Assistant Trust Officer of BANK OF AMERICA
NATIONAL TRUST .AND SAVINGS ASSaJIATION,a national banking association,
duly organized under the laws of the United States of ,America,having
its principal otfice in the City'and County ot San Francisco,State ot
California.
That on July 30,1947 said bank was appointed by the Superior
Court or the State of California,in and for the County or Los Angeles,
to act as Guardian of the estate of JOHN ALVIN CAMPBELL,also known as
J.ALVIN CAMPBELL,an incompetent person,and still is the duly appointed,
qual1f'ied and acting Guardian of said estate.
That affiant is thoroughly familiar with all the affairs of
the estate of said incompetent.That a diligent search and inquiry .
have been made,and that to affiant's best knowledge and belief,said
incompetent's estate is not imebted to any person in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
That said bank,as Guardian of the estate of John Alvin
Campbell,also known as J.Alvin Campbell,an incompetent person,will
not exercise any power in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania which it would
not be permitted to exercise in the State of California.
