I,GLADYS C.DAVIS,of South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do make this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all former wills or papers in the nature thereof hereto-
fore made by me.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,
real,personal and mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate,
in equal shares to my sister,Dorothy Minton,of 3125 Levelylen
Drive,West Covina,California,and my niece,Marilyn Piper,of
7850 Allen Grove Street,Downey,California,share and share
alike.In the event either of the aforementioned legatees
predeceas~me,I do hereby direct that my entire estate shall go
to the survivor,her heirs and assigns.
SECOND:I nominate,constitute and appoint
Arthur A.Boyan,of Washington,Pennsylvania,Executor of this
my Last Will and Testament.
