tree and clear and divested ot any interest in my said wite,Mary
Balza,so that a tee simple title thereto can be conveyed to the
purchaser or purchasers.

I,HERMAN BALZA,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and mem-
ory,hereby make,declare and publish this to be my Last Will and
Testament,revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made:
1st.I direct that my Just debts and funeral expenses be
promptly paid.
2nd.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property and
estate,real,personal and mixed to my two children,Richard
BaIza and Beverly Mae BaIza,in equal one-half shares and propor-
tions,SUBJECT,HO~mVER,to the right of my wife,Mary BaIza,whi
I hereby grant to her,to make her home in the home place on
Meadow Avenue,in tae Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,during the term of her natural life,if she so de-
sires,and subject also to the sale of the home property as here-
inafter authorized.
3rd.I hereby constitute my brother,Rene BaIza,Guardian
of the estates of my two said children,Richard Balza and Beverly
Mae Balza.
4th.I hereby constitute and appoint my said brother,Rene
BaIza,to be the Executor of this estate.
5th.I hereby authorize my said brother,Rene Balza,
either as Guardian or as Executor aforesaid,to sell any or all 0
my real estate,inclUding the home property,at either public or
private sale,if he shall deem it proper and expedient,and said
sale shall divest the life interest to and in said property here1
created 1n favor of my said wife~Mary BaIza,that is to say,my
