I,J.W.HAMILTOB,also known as BERT HAMILTON,of
Nottingham Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish the
following as and for a Codicil to my Last Will and Testament

"dated August 28,1934,and direct that the same shall be annexed
I to my said Last Will and Testament and taken as a part thereof:
FIRST:In the event that my sister,Zoe Hamilton,
:predeceases me,then it is my will and I direct that all my
!
estate shall go to and be distributed as hereinafter set forth.
SECOND:I give and devise all the real estate I may
own at the time of my death to NORMAN E.MARTIN,for and during
the term of his natural life and at his death I direct that my
administrator,d.b.n.c.t.a.,to sell said real estate and divide
the proceeds as follows:
To Kathryn Zalaznic Martin,one third.
To the Pigeon Creek Presbyterian Church,one-sixth.
To the Pigeon Creek Presbyterian Cemetery
Association,one-sixth.
To my seven nieces and nephews,share and share
alike,the one-third.
THIRD:All livestock and machinery which I may own at
my death,I give and bequeath to NORMAN E.MARTIN.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath to NORMAN E.MARTIN the
sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00)Dollars.
FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I give and bequeath to ROBERT S.HAMILTON,MERLE W.PATTERSON,
CARROLL A.HAMILTON and WILLIAM MERLE HAMILTON,share and share
alike.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,J.W.HAMILTON,also known as
BERT HAMILTON,the testator above named,have hereunto subscribed

Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
named J.W.Hamilton,also known as Bert Hamilton,as and for a
Codicil to his Last Will and Testament,in the presence of us,
who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses
thereto in the presence of the said testator and of each other.
