will and testament be carried out with the following exception:
The house and propertv at 509 Eighth St.,Charleroi,Pa.,
I bequeath to Bertha 'Tan n "ke under the following conditions:
1.~hat she survive me.
2.That I am to be cared for in I ~r three-room apartment
until mv death.
3.That I shall not be put into a hume or hospital without
my consent.

4.After an account against James E.and Anita Chevalier
Hellier (page 127 of our account b~~~),amounting
to ~535.00 is deducted,and a tombstone purchased and
set on the grave of Anita Chevalier Hellier,the
remainder of the estate shall be divided equally
between my grandculdren,D nald J.L.Hellier and
Joan Hellier Dever.
