I,GEORGE R.DAVIS,of Independence Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and
Testament,and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made
1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the ex-
penses of my illness and funeral.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath in equal one-half
(1/2)shares to my brother,John Davis,of Be1chtown,Massachus-
etts,and my sister,Mae Davis Sweet,of North Grafton,Massa-
chusetts,their heirs and assigns forever.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint Myra Laughlin,
of Washington,Pennsylvania,Executrix of this my Will,and I
direct that she shall not be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which she may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set my hand and seal to this
