Second:A.From the estate and policies,Bret Fennell is to receive
$1,000;Tracy and Laurie Fennell,Deborah and Karen
Custer,and David Messenger are to receive ~50o;Eric
and Mark Custer ae to r~ceive $186.
B.The rest of the estate including personal possessions
is to go to Marie B.Miller with the following excepti8n:
in the event of death by a common accident the remaining
estate is to revert to Bret and Laurme Fennell and any money
received from Marie B.Miller is to revert to her estate.
