LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MOLLY B.HEER,of Washington,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1 - I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM 2 -All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,Benjamin J.
Heer,if he is living at the time of my death.In the event my said husband
predeceases me I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and re-
mainder of my estate as aforesaid to Peoples First National Bank &Trust
Company in trust for my son,John L.Heer,until he reaches the age of 30
years,at which time all of said property shall be assigned and conveyed to
my said son absolutely.I further direct that the aforesaid trustee shall pay
out of the income of said trust fund,if possible,and if not,out of the princip 1
thereof,the sum of $100.00 monthly to my said son during the continuance of
said trust;said monthly payments of $100.00 shall be free and clear of my
sons debts,contracts,engagements,alienations and anticipations,and free
and clear of all levies,attachments,executions and sequestrations.
ITEM 3 - I nominate,constitute and appoint my husband,Benjamin
J.Heer,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event that
my said husband is not living at the time of my death I hereby nominate,
constitute and appoint Peoples First National Bank &Trust Company as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.I expressly authorize and
empower my said Executor to sell and convey any real estate or interest
therein of which I may die seized and to give good and sufficient deeds,ther_e_-I
for.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
19th day of September,1955.
