ITEM 1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient. (b)To my daughter,Nancy Spatafore,Lot No.21 in Block 17 of the William B.Houston Addition to Houston,including all stock and materials in Joe's Fixit Shop located thereon and subject to all liabilities thereon. (c)All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate to my two daughters,Anita Dumblauskas and Nancy Spatafore,share and share alike.
