I,ANNA DIAZ,of Monongahela R.D.,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
do make this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all -«ills
heretofore made ~me.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and the expenses
of my funeral be paid.
I direct that all inheritance,succession,and
estate taxes assessed because of my death,whether the property or funds to
which such taxes are attributable pass under this my Will or not,be borne
by the principal of my residuary estate and that my Executor payor provide
for the payment of such taxes at such time or times and in such manner as
my Executor deems to be convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or wheresoever Situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my beloved husband,Milton C.Diaz.Should my said
husband predecease me or should we both die in a common accident or at the
same time,then in such event,I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate
to my beloved children to share and share alike,per stirpes.
