Crumrine,Jr.,a~}.~y watches,jewelry,and cameras,and all books which are not in this will otherwise disposed of;but if he shall not survive me,then I give and bequeath to my daugh- I ter,Eleanor Crumrine stewart,all my watches,jewelry,and cameras,and all books which are not in this will otherwise disposed of. -1- r I -.,I , • 3.I give,devise,and bequeath unto my daugh- ter,Eleanor Crumrine stewart,all that certain lot of ground situate at the northwest corner of Lemoyne and Lockhart Avenues, and known as No.151 Lemoyne Avenue,in the Borough of East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,fully described in deed recorded in Deed Book 60l,page 164,in the Recorder's Of- fice of Washington County,Pennsylvania,and the furniture, piano,grandfather clock,articles of art,personal use and adornment,rugs and floor coverings,pictures,linens,china and glassware,silverware,kitchen equipment,and other household equipment,contained on the said premises,except as herein other- wise disposed of. 4.I give and bequeath to my daughter,the said Eleanor Crumrine stewart,all the real estate,oil and gas leases and mining rights affecting land,mortgages affecting land and accompanying bonds,and oil ·and gas wells,with the equipment thereof,situate in Greene County,Pennsylvania,together with all my share or shares,if any remain,in the directors'trust in the former Citizens National Bank of Waynesburg,Pennsylvania, and in any other Greene County bank or trust company,it being my intent and purpose hereby to give to my said daughter speci- fically all my share in the estate of her mother,Grace Garard Crumrine.I specifically direct my executors to ascertain whether any property standing in my name belongs in fact to the said Eleanor Crumrine Stewart,as part of or traceable to her inheritance from her mother,because some of such property has from time to time been allowed to stand in my name for the -2- .-..-, 1 sake of convenience,and to pay over,deliver,convey,and trans- fer to the said Eleanor Crumrine Stewart any and all such property of right belonging to her although remaining in my name. 5.Of the residue of my estate,of whatsoever kind,wheresoever situate,I give,devise;and bequeath the one-third to my daughter,Eleanor Crumrine Stewart,and the re- maining two-thirds to my son,Clarence A.Crumrine,Jr.,if he shall survive me and be of the age of twenty-five ·(25)years and upwards,or to the trustees hereinafter named for the use of my said son if he shall survive me but be under the age of twenty- five (25)years;but if my said son shall not survive me and or surviving me shall not reach the age of twenty-five (25)years, then I give,devise,and bequeath to my said daughter the share of the residue herein given to my said son. 6.I hereby make,constitute,and appoint my said daughter,Eleanor Crumrine Stewart,and the Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,havi~g an office for the transaction of business at Washington,Pennsylvania,as trustees of the estate of my said son,Clarence A.Crumrine,Jr.,until he shall reach the age of twenty-five (25)years,and as executors of this my will,with the power and discretion,as trustees and executors, to accept,retain,and distribute,in kind,any property coming into their hands,and to invest and reinvest the funds or property in their hands in (in addition to legal investments)corporate stocks,common or pre£erred,or both,which shall be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. It is my will that the said trustees and executors make payments -3- :.~: with liberality from income or corpus,for the proper support and education of my said son until he shall reach the age of twent~-rive (25)years,and to carry out any commitments I may have made in my lifetime for such purposes.The said trustees shall,if and when the said Clarence A.Crumrine,Jr.,reaches the age of twenty-five (25)years,pay over and distribute to him all the share of my estate to which he may be entitled under the provisions hereof,but if surviving me he shall not reach the age of twenty-five (25)years,then to my daughter as afore- said.It is my will and I direct that the attorney for the trus- tees and executors aforesaid shall be selected by my said daugh- ter,Eleanor"Crumrine stewart,in her sole discretion.It is my will and I direct that no part of my real estate,stocks,or bonds shall be sold,if possible,by my executors merely in order to make proper distribution between my son and daughter of the resi- due of my est~te to the exact dollar,a~d a.distribution which will be within One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)of his or her exact share,respectively,shall be regarded as a compliance with the above provisions for distribution of the residue between them.
