I,Hannah Langford Bachhofer,being sound in body and mind,do declare this to be
my last will and testament,declaring null and void any previous documents of a
similar nature which I may have signed.
It is direBted that my property,real or personal which I may hold be disposed of
as follows:
Ist.That any and all just debts be paid in full in so far as it is possible to do so.
2nd.'!bat my husband John S.Bachhofer,Jr.,Can live in our home as long as he
Wishes,providing he lives there alone,pays the ta:x:es and keeps the property and grounds
in good condition.I wish this to be under the supervision of my sister Mr:iJ.Ethel Jobes,
and at any time she feels that this contract is not being lived up too,it shall be her
duty to say.After this time the property 1s to be sold for a sum not less than 2000.
(Two ~ousand Dollars)and it is my wish that my sister Mrs.Ethel Jobes have the first
chan~e.
3rd.To my husband I leave my personal bank account.
4th.Out of the amount realized from the sale of my property,I bequeath to
i1arion A.Langford $50.00.'nle rest to be divided equally among my neice and nephews,
Miss Betty Lee Whitacre,Alvin R.Jobes and Glenn R.Jobes to be put in trust until the~
are twenty-one years of age.
5th.All fumiture and personal properrty on premises before my marriage I would
like to be divided as my husband so minds among my sisters.
6th.It is directed ~hat my husband,John S.Bachhofar,Jr.and Sidney I.Jobes,
be appointed Executors of my will and testament,to serve without bond.
