(e)If any child of mine shall die while any of its share remains unpaid,the amount so held with any accrued income shall thereupon be paid per stirpes to the issue of said child • living at his or her death.In the event of the death of any child without leaving issue surviving him or her,any amount then held by the Trustee for the benefit of said child,and any accumulated or accrued income shall thereupon be divided in equal! I shares among the shares for the other children and distributed,I or held in trust,according to the terms hereof relating to said other child's share. ill-If at any time any part or all of the principal or income of the trust estate shall not be distributable under the terms of this will because of the death of anyone or all of the beneficiaries hereunder,or because of the non-existence of any one to take hereunder,by operation of law or for any reason whatsoever,then and in any such case such part or all of the ! trust ~hall vest absolutely in those persons who would be entitled to receive the same under the then existing Intestate Laws of Ohio,had I died at that time xeized or possessed thereof,being a citiryen of Ohio. (g)If,under the provisions of this article,any minor (other than my children)shall become entitled to the principal of any distributive share or sub-share,such distributive share or sub-share shall thereupon vest in such minor absolutely notwithstanding his or her minority,but during such minority the principal of such share or sub-share shall remain in the care and,; "custody of and be adminis~ed by said Guardian Trust Company, which for the purpose of such administration shall have all of the powers,authority and discretion granted to it as Trustee hereunder.When such minor shall attain the age of twenty-one years,the principal of each share or sub-share shall be transferred and paid over to him or her. (h)Neither the principal,income or any sums payable under the provisions of this trust shall be pledged,assigned, transferred or sold,or in any manner whatsoever anticipated, "j c .~- pledged,charged or encumbered by the beneficiaries thereunder, nor shall it be subject to seizure by any creditor of any beneficiary,nor be in any manner liable in the hands of the !--~---~. Trustee for the debts,contracts or engagements of the beneficiart ies thereunder. ; ilL If the Trustee shall at any time be merged in or consolidated with any other trust company or banking institution with trust powers,or after having so merged or consolidated, the merged or consolidated institution shall again/and/or suc- cessively merge or consolidate with anyone or more trust companies or banking institutions;or if any fiduciary corpora- l tion shall purchase or acquire substantially all the assets of th Trustee,such successor or succeeding company or institution, or such corporation so acquiring said assets,mediately or immediately,and by whatsoevere name known,shall thereupon be Trustee her~under. 4.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my beloved wife,Louise H.Hume,Executrix of this my last will and testament,but in the event that she does not desire to ad- minister my estate,then the Guardian Trust Ohio,shall act as Executor of this my last Comnany,of Clevelandj! In lieu thereof,I do hereby constitute,nominate and appoint MISS M.CHRISTINE HUME,of Springfield,Ohio,as Trustee for the purposes set forth in Paragraph 3 of said last ill and Testament 1 and I do likewise constitute,nominate and appoint the said MISS M.CHRISTINE HU~m,of Springfield,Ohio,as Execu- trix in the event that my beloved wife,Louise B.Burne,Executrix therein named,does not desire to administer my estate.
