R.D.#1)washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and dis-
posing mind and memory,hereby make,pUblish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament,revoking any former Will or
Wills by me heretofore made.
1st.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses
be promptly paid.
2nd.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
both real and personal,of whatever nature and wheresoever sit-
uate,to Gilberta storez of Fallowfield Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
3rd.I constitute and appoint Joseph F.Fiedler of
the Borough of North Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylva.nia,
to be the Executor of this Will,hereby authorizing my said
Executor to sell any or all of my real estate at public or private
.sale,if he shall deem it expedient in the proper administration
of my estate.
