LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,Catherine Cegler,of Carroll Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my last will
and testament,and revoke all wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,George William
Cegler,of Monongahela,pennsylvania,all those certain shares
of stock,being certificates of the Fundamental Investors,Inc.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Catherine Kelly,of
Carroll Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,provided
the said Catherine Kelly survives me and survives a period
of six months following my death.
THIRD:In the event my daughter,Catherine Kelly,does not
survive me or does not survive for a period of six months
following my death,then I give,devise and bequeath all the
rest,residue and remainder of my estate to James M.Kelly,
Jr.and D.M.Anderson,Jr.,as trustees,in trust for the
following purposes:
A.To invest and reinvest the proceeds of my estate,
and,in this connection,to sell or rent or otherwise dispose
of my real property,but in the event any of my present invest-
ments are sold the proceeds of those sales are to be invested
only in legal investments.
B.To apply the income from my estate towards the
support and maintenance of my grandchildren.
C.When each of my grandchildren shall become eligible
to enter a college or post highschool training,then the income

and so much of the principal as is necessary shall be ex-
pended to give each of said grandchildren the equivalent
of a four year college course.
D.When the youngest of my grandchildren shall
have completed college or,having reached the age of twenty-
one,shall have elected not to go to college,then this trust
shall terminate and the entire proceeds shall be paid over to
my grandchildren,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I nominate and appoint as Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament my daughter,Catherine Kelly,and in the
event my daughter,Catherine Kelly,predeceases me or does
not survive a period of six months following my death,then
I nominate and appoint as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament James M.Kelly,Jr.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
