I,James Walter Bebout,of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do make,publish and declare this as and for
my last will and testament,hereby revoking and rendering void all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid by my executrix hereinafter named as soon after
my decease as may conveniently be done.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Hattie
Bebout,of Washington,Pennsylvania,all the rest and residue of
my estate,real,personal and mixed.In the event my wife,Hattie
Bebout predeceases me,I direct my executrix hereinafter named
to sell at either public or private sale any real estate of which
I may die seized and pay from the proceeds thereof Five Hundred
($500.00)Dollars to my daughter,Alma B.Moss;Five Hundred
~500.00)Dollars to my son,Walter~.Bebout;Sixty ($60.00)
Dollars to my son,Sheldon H.Bebout;and Fifty ($50.00)Dollars
to my daughter,On1ita B.Babington,which said bequests are for
money advanced by my said children toward the maintenance of my
residence.After the foregoing bequests have been paid,I give,
devise and bequeath the balance thereof to all of my children,
Mrs.Roy Babington,Washington,Pennsylvania;Alma B.Moss,
Cambridge,Ohio;Walter T.Bebout,Washington,Pennsylvania;
Sheldon H.Bebout,Midway,Pennsylvania;and Naomi Kammerer,
Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,in equal shares.
THIRD.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my

daughter,Onpita B.Babington,wife of Roy H.Babington,of
Washington,Pennsylvania,executrix of this my last will and
testament and I hereby give and grant my said executrix full and
complete power to sell any and all real estate of which I may die
seized,with power to make deed or deeds therefor,at such price
or prices as in her discretion she may deem advisable,and with
full power to make deeds and other proper assurances therefor,
as fully as I could have done in my lifetime,and without any
obligation on the part of the purchaser to look to the application
of the purchase money.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 29th day of April,1940.
