STEVE DUCHI
I,Steve Duchi,a resident of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of the property of which
I may die seized to my wife,Elizabeth Duchi.
ITEM III.In the event ,my said wife,Elizabeth Duchi,should predecease
me,I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of the property of which I may die
seized to my four children,John Duchi,Anna Hudak,Elizabeth Smagner,and
Steve A.Duchi,Sr.,share and share alike.In the event any of my said children
should have predeceased me,I hereby give,devise and bequeath the interest of
which he or she shall be entitled to his or her issue per stirpes.
ITEM IV.I hereby nominate and appoint my sons,Steve A.Duchi,Sr.
and John Duchi,as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand this /L.~day of
