I,ILLI G.,now residing in Riverside,Califor~ia,being of
sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this Il\V Last
ill and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all .ills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my 'ust debts and funeral ex enses e paid
as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
S~COND:I hereby give,devise and be ueath unto my wife,Dorothy C.
Benn,all Il\V estate,real,ersonal and mixed,heresoever the same may be
found at the time of Il\V decease.Provided,however,that in the event Il\V
said wife should redecease me or survive me but fail to survive distri-
bution of my estate,I give,devise,and be ueath all of my said estate to
my issue,and if none,to Il\V mother,Sara Eugenia Carothers.
THIRD:1 do hereby constitute and a oint my wife,Dorothy C.Benn,
to be the Executrix of this my last ill and Testament,without bond.Pro-
vided,however,my said wife should fail,refuse,or be unwilling to act,
in that event,1 nominate and a oint the Bank of America,ational Trust
and Savings ssociation,as Executor hereof.
o TH:If distribution of my estate should be made to any minor,then,
in that event,I nominate and a point Il\V mother,Sara Eugenia arothers,
guardian of the estate of such minor.
