vania,being of sound disposing mind,memory and understandinp"do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testa-
ment,thereby revoking and makin~null and void any and "ail Wills,..
and Testaments,or Writings in the nature thereof,by me at any

time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conviently may be
after my decease.
SECOND:I give,bequeath and devise all of my estate
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate to my nephew William
L.Ramage,absolute.
THIR~:I hereby make,constitute and appoint William L.
Ramage,my nephew,to be the Executor of this my last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS '.vHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 9th day of August,A.D.1954.
