LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CELIA DUDA,also known as CECELIA DUDA,Widow,of 405 Giffin
Avenue,in the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills or Codicils
by me at any time heretofor:e made.
FIRST:I direct and order that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall
by my Executors hereinafter named,be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as
shaII by them be found conven ient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath ALL that certain two story brick
dwelling situate at 405 Giffin Avenue in the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,to my beloved children:RAYMOND P.DUDA,EDWARD J.DUDA and
JEAN PASHKEVICH,equally,share and share al ike.

THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath ALL that certain one story brick veneer
dwelling situate at 407 Giffin Avenue,in the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,to my beloved sons,RAYMOND P.DUDA and EDWARD J.DUDA
provided,however,that my said sons pay the sum of ONE THOUSAND and no/IOO
($1,000.00)DOLLARS to my beloved daughter,JEAN PASHKEVICH,which sum is to be
paid from and charged upon the real estate hereinabove devised to my two sons,RAY-
MOND P.DUDA and EDWARD J.DUDA,subject to the payment thereof.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,be it real,
personal or mix:ed,and whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will,I
give,devise and bequeath to my beloved children:RAYMOND P.DUDA,EDWARD J.
DUDA and JEAN PASHKEVICH,equally,share and share alike,subject,however,to the
payment of the foregoing bequest aforesaid to my daughter.
FIFTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my sons,RAYMOND P.
