and Testament,hereby making null and void any and all wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my
decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,both
real and personal,wheresoever situate,to my son,Martin Russell
Hallam,to have and to hold the same for himself,his heirs and as-
signs forever.
Third.I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my said
son,Martin Russell Hallam,executor of this my last Will and Testa-
mente
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I,Russell Hallam,the testator above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,this
10 day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
