I,MIROS DEZACK,of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this Will to be my Last will and Testament
hereby revoking and making void all former Will or Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:All just debts and funeral expenses shall at
all times be fully paid.
SECOND:I do hereby give my Executor named hereinafter
in this will the power and authority to sell my property,real,
personal and mixed,at private or public sale upon such terms
and conditions as he deems advisable and that he convert the
same into cash in order to accomplish the purposes of this Will
and that the following distribution thereof be made:
I hereby give and bequeath the following:
(a)$1,500.00 to Anna Polowischak,my step-sister;
(b)$1,000.00 to Burton Wayne Thompson,son of my
daughter,Mary Dezack Erwin.
THIRD:All the rest of my estate,real,personal or
mixed of whatsoever kind and description the same may be and
wheresoever the same may be situated I do hereby give,devise and
bequeath to my son,John Dezack,to my son,Andrew Dezack,to my
daughter,Elizabeth Dezack Brown,and to my daughter Mary
Dezack Erwin,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I do hereby nominate,conSitute and appoint
my son,Andrew Dezack,to be the Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament,to serve without bond.
