I,Antonio Bettinelli,of Donora,ashingtan County,Pennsylvania
being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this
to be my Last ~ill and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills made by me heretofore.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and w tisfied by my executrix as soon after my demise as to
her shall ee proper.
SECOND:I do hereby will and bequeath unto life,!Cary
Bettinelli,all the United tates Steel Stock and any deposi that I
may have upon my death.I also will ani bequeath unto my wife,all my
real estate and personal property,wheresoever found,for her use and
benefit during her life time only.Upon her death lot o.16 in Block
To.37,upon which there is erected two frame dwellings,is to become
the property of my son ~illiam Bettinelli,but out of said bequest he is
to pay his sisters,melia and Agnes,$200.00 each,within two years
from the date of the death of my wife.Said bequest is to be a char e
upon said real estate until paid.Lot No.1 in block TO.55,u on which
there is erected a five room dVi elling and one ara e,is to become the
property of my son,Christopher Bettinelli.ut of sa·be uest,
Christopher is to pay his sister,Irma,200.00,within two ears fro
the date of the death of my said wife.Sa id beq'est is 0 re j a a
charge against said property until paid.Lot No.15 in block o.6 on
~eldon Avenue,upon which there is erected a brick garage,is to become
the property of Anthony Bettinelli,for his sole use and benefit.
TEIRD:I do hereby constitute and appoint my lovi wife,
