LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,WILLIAM V.HAYS,of Jefferson Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament:
FIRST:I direct the payment of my debts including my
funeral bill as soon as reasonably convenient.
SECOND:After the payment of my debts,I give,devise
and bequeath my entire estate,real,personal and mixed,to my
wife,Chloe Ett~Hays,her heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:In the event that my said wife predeceases
me,I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,real,personal
and mixed,to G.Ashton Brownlee,as Trustee,for the following
uses and purposes:
To use the income and as much of the principal thereof
as is reasonably necessary for the support and maintenance and
eaucation of my foster son,Frederick Dean Hays,until he arrives
at the age of twenty-one years and upon his arriving at the age
of twenty-one years,this trust is to terminate and the entire
balance of the same,both principal and income,shall be paid
to him.
FOURTH:I appoint G.Ashton Brownlee as Executor
of this Last Will and Testament and authorize and empower my
said Executor or,my said Trustee to sell and convey all the
real estate of which I die seized,at either public or private
sale and at such time or times and at such price or prices as to
him seems fit and proper and to give a deed or deeds for the
same without an Order of Court and without liability on the part
of the purchaser or purchasers to see to the application of the
purchase money.
