LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
•
I,MICHAEL DOUBNICH,of the Borough of Canonsburg,Wash
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all
former Wills or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct and order that all my just debts
and funeral expenses shall by my Co-Executrix hereinafter named,
be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by
them be found convenient.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,be it real,personal or mixed,and whether acquired
before or after the execution of this Will to my children,to
wit:Elizabeth Pauline Doubnich Durkacs,Julia Doubnich Jindra,
Dorothy Doubnich Chechuck and Helen Doubnich in equal shares;but
in case either or any of my children shall have died in my life-
time leaving issue living at my death,such issue shall take by
representation and per stirpes among them the share which his or
her parent would have taken had such parent survived me.
THIRD.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my daughters,Julia Doubnich Jindra and Helen Doubnich,both of
the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,as
Co-Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 10th day of July,1958.
