WILL OF EDWARD A.BURSON.
I,Edward A.Burson,of the Borough of East Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,hereby make,pUblish and declare this my last will
and testament,hereby revoking all wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate unto The Citizens National Bank
of Washington,at Washington,Pennsylvania,in trus~nevertheless,
for the use and benefit of my son,Ray T.Burson,for and during
the term of his natural life.
THIRD:Upon the death of my son,Ray T.Burson,I
direct that said trust shall terminate and the corpus thereof be
di tributed to my two grandsons,John Alvin Burson and ~illiam
Ray Burson,equally_If,however,at the time of the death of
my son,ay T.Burson,either or both of my said grandsons shall
not have attained the age of twenty-five years,then I direct
that the trust in the Citizens National Bank shall continue for
the benefit of said grandsons until they severally reach the age
of twenty-five years;at which time each shall be entitled to
receive his share of the corpus of my estate.
FOURTH:In case of the death of either of my said
grandsons before coming into possession of the estate as herein-
before directed,I give,devise and bequeath his interest in the
estate to the surviving grandson.

FIFTH:I hereby make,constitute and appoint my son,
Ray T.Burson,executor of this my last will and testament,with
power in my said executor to sell and convey all or any portion
of any real estate of which I may die seized,and pay the proceeds
over into the trust fund hereinbefore provided.Said power is
to be exercised without application to Court or the giving of any
bond.
IN .ITNESS MffEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 29th day of July,1943.

presence,who,in his presence,at his request,and in the pres-
ence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names as wit-
