The petition of HESTBR H.LIPPART of Centerville,'~ash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,respectfully represents:-
1.That ~our petitioner is a daughter of John G.Haney,
late of Centerville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,deceased.
2.That the said John G.Haney died {ednesday,November
16,1955,at about 12:45 o'clock P.k.,at his residence in Center-
ville,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That said decedent was unmarried and left to survive
him as his legal heirs at law the following childern,namely:you
petitioner,Hester H.Lippart,a daughter,of Centerville,vashin[
ton County,Pennsylvania,Clarence Haney,a son of 3l6!,17th
Street,Pacific Grove,Calif,Margaret H.Garland,a daughter of
708 Lakewood Blvd.,Akron,Ohio,also the following grandc~ildren,
namely:Tl~eadore Haney,Jr.of Dimling,Clearfield R.D.#3,Pennsyl
vania,J Oim Haney of 11 iagara Fa Ils,N.Y.,and Joyce Haney of troft
Pennsylvania,being cnildren of the late Theadore tlaney,a son who
predeceased his father,the late John G.Haney,deceased.
4.That John G.Haney,tbe above decedent,was a reside t
of Centerville,Post office address,Nest Brownsville,R.D.#1,
at'Nas.tJington County ,Pennsylvania ,/the time of his dec ease.
5.That the said decedent was at the time of his death
the owner of personal property consisting of money on deposit in
the J:<irst :i:a tional Bank of F'redrickstown,PennsJ 1vania of the value
of about ~2350.00,and was also the owner of an undivided one-
fourth interest in certain real estate assessed as 250 acres of
surface,situate in Boggs Township,Clearfield County,Pennsylvan
havipg the market value of about ~400.00,and an undivided one-si h
interest in the TIlineral rights underlying the afor~mentioned 250
"-acres in Bog s Township having the market value of about ~265.00,
also an undivided one-fourth interest in 100 in fee situate in
Boggs Township,Clearfield County,Penn'sylvania,having a market
value of about ~750.00.
6.That the decedent left no other property,no stocks,
bonds,mortgages,choses in action or any other personal or real
property except as herein mentioned.
7.That the said John G.Haney,died testate,he I~ving
made Lis last Will and Testament on the 18th day of August A.D.,
1923,wherein the County National Bank of Clearfield,Pennsylvania,
was named as the executor thereof.
8.Tt~t the testator above named did not marry,nor hav
there been any cflildren born since the execution of this,Lis last
Will and Testament,wLich is being offered for probate.
9.That tne County National Bank of Clearfield,the
executor named in t~e last Will and Testament of the late John G.
Haney,deceased,has since become a de~unct National Banking Insti
tution and its affairs liquidated under the supervision of the
Comptroller of currency of the Treasurey Department of the United
States Govemnment.
WHEREFORE,your undersigned petitioner respectfully pnay
that the Will of the late John G.Haney,deceased,may have probat
and that Letters C.T.A.may be issued to her on her late father's
estate.
And she will ever pray,
