FIRST.I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses,and all transfer or estate taxes be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient. SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath unto my husband, James Emmett Hutchinson,my dwelling house and lot known as 700 Sara Drive,South Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsyl- vania,so long as he shall remain single.Upon the decease of my said husband,James Emmett Hutch1nson,or in the event he should re-marry,then and in such event,the said house and lot shall be sold by my Executors at public or pr1vate sale upon such terms and conditions as they may deem advisable;and the proceeds thereo be added to my residuary estate and disposed of as hereinafter provided.Should my said husband deem it adv1sable to sell said re~l estate,the proceeds thereof shall be held in trust by my Executor~ hereinafter named,and the net income drived therefrom paid to him at least semi-annually for so long as he remains single;and the said Executors in administering said trust fund shall have full discretion to invest the same without being restricted to a clas of investment,which a Trustee is or may hereafter be permitted by law to make.Said trust shall terminate upon the death of my said husband or 1n the event he remarries. any accumulated interest shall be distributed as hereinafter pro- vided for as part of my residuary estate. 1I I THIRD.I give,devise and bequeath unto my husband, James Emmett Hutchinson,the income from any stock,wnch I may have at the time of my decease,including Tygart Valley Glass Company stock,so long as he remains single and on the condition that he provides for my mother,Alta Miller,so long as she shall live. In the event that my said husband should predecease my mother,or fail to provide for her,then and in such event,I direct my Trustees hereinafter named to pay the netmcome from said stock and securities to my mother,or for her use or benefit, for so long as she may live,herehy giving to them full power and discretion as to non-legal investments,as set forth in another portion of this my Last Will and Testament,said trust towrminate upon the decease of my said mother,at which time the said securi- ties with any accumulated dividen~or income shall be converted into cash and distributed as part of my residuary estate.
