I,Binnie C.Chambers,of West Alexander,Stat"e of Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make,publish
and declare this to be my last will and testament and I do hereby
revoke and annul any other will or wills,or codicils thereto,
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that my executors hereinafter named do
pay all of my just debts,funeral expenses and the costs of admin~
istering my estate as soon after my death as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my brother,Ralph Chambers,
the shares of the capital stock of Cloverdale Dairy Company which
are owned by me,also all of the shares of stock of Hammond Bag
Company,Wellsburg,West Virginia,which I may own.
'lliIRD:I give and bequeath to my nephew,Glenn H.Chambers,
the gold watch and ring of his Uncle,W.H.Chambers;
I give and bequeath to my niece,Mary Chambers,my silver
coffee pot,silver spoons marked SEC,glass pitcher,my la~g~
diamond ring,her Grandmother's gold watch,one-half dozen forks
and one dozen knives.All the othe r silverware owned by me shall
be divided among my nephews,Glenn H.Chambers and James R.Chambers,
and my niece,Mary Chambers.
I give and bequeath to my grand-niece,Sara Catherine Barbal
my onyx and small diamond ring and any other jewelry which has not
been specifically bequeathed.My said grand-niece is also to
select any part of my personal effects and household goods.
The remainder thereof to be divided among my nephews,Glenn H.
Chambers and James R.Chambers,and my niece,1ary Chambers.

I request that any of my personal effects and household goods
which may not be selected by or divided among the parties above
named shall be given to the Salvation Army.

I give and bequeath the sum or Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00)to the Trustees or the United Presbyterian Church of West
Alexander,Pennsylvania,with the request that oneahalf of said sum
be used for Missions and the remaining one-half to be used in ~hatever
manner said Trustees may determine that said money would be most
useful.
FIFTH:I devise and bequeath to my nephew,Glenn H.Chambers,
a life interest in the following named parcels of real estate:
My undivided one-half interest in the real estate and improve-
ments thereon facing on ~ghland Avenue,and Vain Sireet in the Town
of Vest Alexander;.
!lily undivided one-half interest in farm located near Valley
Grove,Ohio County,West Virginia,known as the "Bell Farm";
My house and land situated on McGraw's Run known as the
"Taggart Place".
Should ID37 nephew,Glenn H.Chambers,predecease me,or should he
survive me,at his death I give and devise the above parcels of real
estate to my nephew,tames R.Chambers,and my niece,Mary Chambers.
SIXTH:I give and devise to my niece,Mary Chambers,the three
(5")following 'parcels of real estate:
My undi~ided one-fourth interest in two houses and the ground
on which they are situated in West Alexander,Pennsylvania;
The five acre parcel of ground owned by me in West Alexander,
Pennsylvania;
My small house and lot situated up Chambers Lane and known as
the "Daugherty House"'.
SEVENTH:I give and bequeath to my nephew,James R.Chambers,
my one -half'interest in the note ·or notes which he has given represent-
ing the purchase price for the Chambers Farm.
EIGHTH:All the rest and residue of my property,real,personal
and mixed and wheresoever situate or found,-I give,devise and bequeath,
in equal shares,to my nephews,Glenn H.Chambers and James R.Chambers,
and my niece,lary Chambers,to be theirs absolutely.
