1epa1 age and sound mind and memory,do make,publish and

Item 1.£direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid out of mu estate as soon as Dossib1e after my decease.
Ttern E.r order and direct that each Of m~1 sons and daughters
Day Twentu-Five Dollars (~25.00)for perpetual upkeep Of the
.family lots;and that they each hereby agree to offer the sum
Of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)in Roman Catholic A~8ses for
the repose Of the soul Of Mr.f..Mrs.Thomas Haywood.This
must be agreed upon in writing by my sons and daughter in the
presence Of all Of them.If they fail to carry out any of the
above procedure,they are automatically cut Off from an~part
~f my possessions.
Item 3.To my beloved sons:James,Edmund,Clyde anrl Robert
and daughters:Yrs.Etta Bates and J.rs.Dorth?/Duffy,T leave
my entire proDerty and possessions.It is to be divided equally
amoung t~em.I advise that they sell the property and possess-
ions at a Public Sale or in whatever manner they deem best
and to divide the money equally amounp t~em.
