WILL
I,ROBERT A.HAYS,of Jefferson Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking any
and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as convenient.
2.I hereby authorize,empower and direct my Executor hereinafter
named to sell any and all real estate of which I may die seized either as a
whole or in parts and empower him to execute and deliver a deed or deeds for
the same with the same force and effect as though I had executed and delivered
said deed or deeds in my lifetime.
3.I give,devise and bequeath to the following named persons the
amounts opposite their names:
To my brother,John C.Hays,One Thousand ($1,0.00.00)Dollars
To my brother,W.Vance Hays,Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars
To my niece,Josephine Long,One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars
To my niece,Sarah Cassidy,Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars
To my niece,Lena Belle Jervis,Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars
To my nephew,Lewis Grigsby,Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars,and
To my niece,Ruth Smith,Three Hundred ($300.00)fullars.
4.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I give,devise
and bequeath to the seven persons above named to each the 1/1th thereof.
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint J.R.Irwin Knox,Executor
of this my last Will and Testament.
