Personally appeared before me,the undersigned authority,
Albert Dunch and Sophia Dunch,his wife,who,being duly
sworn according to law,depose and say that they were present when
the will of Mary Dunch was subscribed on June 7,1946 and that
they did witness the attaching of the mark by the Testatrix and
the subscribing of the names by the witnesses to the Will,having
been done in their presence and in the presence of the Testatrix.

ment hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses by paid as soon after my decease as is conveniently
possible.
SECOND.,I do hereby give,bequeath and devise unto
my sons,Albert Dunch,Alsphonso Dunch,and Peter Dunch all
property whatsoever and wheresoever both personal and real,share,
and share alike.
