vania,do m&ke and publish this my last rill and Te tament hereby revoki g
and annulling any and all ~ills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executor herein~fter named to ~ay all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon after my aecease as convenient.
2.I hereby authorize y Executor hereinafter n~med to sell all my
re~l estate wherever situate as a.i'hole or in 1-,o.rts,at either ,ublic or
f,rivate sc.le,and execute und eliver dee or needs for the same -itn tne
same force and effect as though I had executed a~d d~livsred saia deea.or
deeds in ray lifetime.
3.The ~oceeds received from the sale of my real estate and all
the rest,residue and remainaer of my estate,real,~ersonal _nd mixed,I
aivide into fourteen (14)parts giving one (1)part to each of my nieces
and nephews as follows:-Pearl Vriley,Ora King,Roy Bowerb,May Rodgers,
Margaret Devine,John Hicks,Elmer Hicks,Reah Hicks,George E.Hic,s,
Clair Hic~s,Hazel Rutter,Charles Hicks and to my Grandniece,Franceb
