I,RALPH A.HOOTMAN,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give and devise all my household goods,my automobile,
and all personal property in my home at 524 East Maiden street,
Washington,Pennsylvania,to JULIA I.WILLIM~S.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal
or mixed,and wherever situate,including my one-half (1/2)interest
in the property at 524 East Maiden Street,Washington,Pennsylvania,
stocks,cash and money in Bank,I give,devise and bequeath to the
following named persons in the proportions hereinafter set forth:
To Julia I.Williams,two-thirds (2/3rds).
To Thomas L.Tone and David A.Tone,my nephews,
sons of my sister,Ellen H.Tone,one-third (1!3rd)to
the two of them,or one-sixth (1/6th)to each of them.
MID LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,JULIA I.
WILLIM~S,Executrix of this my Last Will a d Testament.
