dividends,interest and income therefrom and pay the net amount thereof
to my son,MICHAEL GEPKO,during his natural life.

Tenth.The devises and bequests herein made in Paragraphs Fifth and
Ninth to·my daughter,lfillRGARET GEPKO METRO,in trust,for my son,
MIG}~EL CEPKO,shall be for his sole use and benefit,but so that the
principal or corpus of said trust estate,or the rents,interest and
income therefrom,shall not be,in any way,subject to,or liable to,or
for his debts,liabilities,contracts,or engagements,and uponthe
decease of my said son,said trust estate shall go to his children,if
any,and 'in default of such children,I then give,devise and bequeath
the same,in fee simple and absolutely,to my daughter,MARGARET GEPKO
METRO.
Eleventh.Said Trustee is hereby authorized and empowered to sell,
dispose of and convey,in fee simple,any,or all of said real estate,.
either by public or private sale,or sales,without any liability of the
purchaser for the applica tion,nonapplicat ion or misapplication of the
purcha se monies.Provided,LlOwever,anything hereto fore contained,no t-
withstanding,th%the said Trustee may,in her discretion,at any time
after Michael Gopko may,or shall marry,let my said son have a part,or
all of said trust estate,in fee simple,or absolutely,free,clear and
discharged of any trust under this Will and make the necessary and
proper conveyances for transfer,accordingly.

(b)Lots Fifty-seven (57),Fifty-eight (58)and Fifty-nine
(59)in.the S.M.Hudson Plan of Lots in Smith Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,said plan being recorded in the Recorder's Office
aforesaid in Plan Book 4 page 78,and having been conveyed to me by dee
of S.~.Hudson,et ux.,recor';ed in the Recorder's Office aforesaid,
in Deed Book 416 page 398.

NEVERTHELESS,to collect and receive the rents,issues,profits,divi-
dends,interest and income therefrom and pay the net amount thereof
to my soh,MICHAEL COPKO,during his natural life.
Sixth.I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,MARGARET
CEPKO METRO,a large lot with an eight room house and storeroom situate
upon it,being part of Lot -Eight (8)in the plan of lots laid out by C•
F.Stockdale,in the Borough of Stockdale,Washington County,mbresaid;
fronting Thirty-five (35)feet more or less on the East side of Railroa
Street and extending back One Hundred Sixty-five (165)feet,more or
less,in length.Adjoining on the South side lot devised in Paragraph
Fifth in trust for Michael Copko;adjoining on the West side lot of
Andy Kravec and adjoining on the East side lot of William Reese.Being

BE IT REMEMBERED that I,Edward C.Campbell,of
Donora,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory,and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this writing to
be my last will ani testament,hereby revoking and making null
and void,all wills or writings in the nature thereof by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my executor,hereinafter named,to pay any
proper debts that I may owe at the time of my death and my
funeral expenses as soon as is reasonably convenient after my
death.
SECO~TD:I give,devise and bequeath to my executor,hereinafter
named,the sum of Four Thousand ($4,000.00)Dollars,in trust
however,to pay the income therefrom quarter-annually or monthl
as he deems advisable,to my sister,Emma Campbell,of James-
town,Pennsylvania,and in the event my executor finds that the
income from such fund,together with other means my sister may
have,are not sufficient to properly proVide for her,then he
may use such of the principal for such purpose as he deems
necessary.Upon the death of my sis ter,the balance remaining
shall be distributed by my executor as if it had been originally
a part of the residue of my estate.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my niece,Jennie White,of.James-
town,Pennsylvania,the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00)Dollars.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath to my niece,Rosann C.Royer,of

THIRTEENTH:I give and bequeath to my cousin,Mable Cook,of
333 North Prospect Street,Ravenna,OhiO,the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00)Dollars.

mainder of my estate,after the payment of expenses of administra-
tion,debts,funeral expenses,and the recited bequests,to and
among the nieces,nephews and cousin to whom I have hereinbefore
made bequests,and in the same proportions as such bequests are
made.
FIFTEENTH:I hereby nominate and appoint D.M.Anderson,Sr.,
Attorney-at-Law,of Donora,Pennsylvania,as the executor of this
my ]a st will and testament and,as such executor,I hereby author-
ize,direct and empower him,as soon as he deems it tor the best
interests of my estate,to reduce my entire estate to caSh.And
to such end and purpose,I authorize and empower him,at either
public or private sale and at such price or prices.as he deems
best for my estate,to sell and dispose of all the property I own
at the time of my death,both real and personal,and hereby auth-
orize and empower him,as such executor,to execute,acknowledge
and deliver the proper deed or deeds,or such other writings as
may be required to convey title thereto to the purchaser or pur-

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,ANNA E.CAFFREY,of South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being ofti sound mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my jyst debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found conveni
ent.
2.Unless already taken care of,I direct my Executrix
hereinafter named to have lifted the remains of my mother,Hannor h
Caffrey,my father,James Caffrey,and my sister,Bridget Caffrey
from the Old Catholic Cemetery situate in South Strabane Township
Washington County,Pennsylvania,adjacent to the City of Wash-
ington,and have them re-buried in my lot in the Washington
Cemetery,and I further direct her at the expense of my Estate
to erect suitable markers at their graves,as well as my own.
3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever
situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto my n1e~e'J
Lenore M.Ashmore,provided she survives me;but in the event
she should predecase me,then and in such event.on1y,I give,
devise and bequeath my residuary estate,as follows:
(a)1/3 thereof to Charles Ashmore;
(b)1/3 thereof to Robert Ashmore;

(c)1/3 thereof to Mellon National Bank &Trust
Company,Washington,Pennsylvania Branch,in trust,nevertheless,
for John Ashmore,to pay the net income and so much of the princi
pal thereof as may be necessary to equal Fifty Dollars ($50·.00)
per month until the exhaustion of said fund;but should he die
before the exhaustion thereof,the then remaining principal with
accumulated interest,less necessary costs,fees and expenses,
shall be divided equally between Charles Ashmore and Robert
Sshmore.Said Trustee shall have full power at its discretion
to do any and all things necessary for the complete administratio
of said trust,including the power to lease or sell at public or
private sale and without order of Court,any interest in real
property belonging to said trust,and to join in or give a good
and sufficient deed or deeds or lease for the same.
I hereby nominate and appoint LENORE M.ASHMORE
as the Executrix of this I~my-Last Will and Testament.My said
Executrix shall have full power at her discretion to do any and
all things necessary for the complete administnation of my estate
including the power to sell at public or private sale and without
order of Court,any real or personal property belonging to my
estate and to execute and deliver good and sufficient deed,or
deeds,leases or other instruments in connection therewith,the
same as I could do if living.
