KNOW ALL fvIEN BY THE E PRESENT~,that I,CHARLES LESLIE
HAZLETT,also known as CHARLES ~.HAZLETT,also known as CHARLES
LESLIE HAZL~TT,SR.,also known as CHARLES HAZLETT,of the
Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last W 11 and Testament,
hereby revoking a~y and all former W ll~,by me,at any time
heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,real,personal or mixed,
of which I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall
be entitled at the time of my decease~I give,devise and be-
queath,as follows,to wit:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all
of the expenses of my last illness and funeral.

SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature,'
and wheresoever located,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
