I,William C.Dennick,widower,of Fallowfield Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,hereby make,declare and publish this to be my Last
Will and Testament,revoking any and all former Wills by me here-
to fore made:
1st.I direct that my just dehts and funeral expenses be
promptly paid.
2nd.I give and devise the house and lot in the Borough
of Ellsworth,Washington County,Pennsylvania,standing in my name
to my son,Everett L.Dennick,provided that he shall pay to my
estate the balance of the unpaid purchase price which I furnished
to buy the property.
3rd.All of the rest,residue and remainder of my pro-
perty and estate,real,personal and mixed,and wheresoever sit-
uate,I give,devise and bequeath to my three sons,William A.
Dennick,Herman F.Dennick and the said Everett L.Dennick,in
equal one-third (1/3)shares and proportions.
4th.I constitute and appoint my said son,Herman F.
Dennick,to be the Executor of this Will and I authorize him to
sell any or all of my real estate,at public or private sale,and
to make,execute and deliver proper lawful deed or deeds therefor.
