Last ill and Testament of
Ibert G.Bane

I,Ibert G.Bane,of Amwell To mship,rashington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be
my last will and testament:
1.All my interest in the Smith Farm,lying partly
in Amwell dnd partly in Vest Bethlehem Township,which said
farm was on arch 31,1924,conveyed by Noses Smith to my wife,
thel Bane,{ho died intestate ueptember 4,1926,and her sister,
Fanny ith,by deed recorded in ed Book 519,at page 45 , I
devise to the said Fanny Smith,her heirs and assigns,absOlutely.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,Edith Bane,
of Pittsburgh,Allegheny County,FennsYlvania,and appoint her
the said Edith Bane the sole executrix hereof.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 29th day of January,1927.
