LAST WILL AND TESTA1ffiNT
I,AUGUST BAUCANT,of the Borough ~f ~cDona:d,County of
~ashington and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
till and Testament,hereby revoking all other or former Wills
by me at any time made.
First:I order and direct the payment of all my just debts
and funeral exnenses as soon as prActicable.
Second:I give and bequeath to my grandson,WILLIAM BAUCANT,
the sun of Two hundred (f.200.00)Dollars,to be deposited in a
saving's acco~~t at the First National Bank,McDonald,Pa.,and
to be paid to him by my executors hereinafter named when he
attains the age of twenty-two (22)years.
Third:I give and bequeath to my grandson,GUST BAUCANT,
the sum of Two hundred ($200.00)Dollars,to be deposited in
a saviflg's account at the First 'Jational Bank,l~cDonald,P .,
and to be paid to 'him by my executors hereinafter named when
he attains the age of t~enty-two (G2)years.
Fourth:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
And remainder of my property and estate,real,personal and mixed
wheresoever situate,of which I may die seized or possessed,or
over which I may have testamentary control,or to which I may
be in any way entitled,of whatsoever the same may consist,to
my children,JOSEPH BAUCANT,MARY BAUCANT,JULES BAUCANT,FRANK
BAUCANT,CHARLES BAUCArJT,JENNIE BAUCANT and JULIE BAUCANT,share
~nd share ike.
Fifth:I direct ~r executors,hereinafter named,to sell
all my real estate wheresoever situate,as soon as in their judgment,
the same can be done,either at public or private sale as viII be
most advantageous to my estate,on such terms and for such prices
as they shall deem best for the benefit of my estate,hereby
