Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and momory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking
any wills previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct Try executor,hereinafter named,to pay all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my demi88.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,GEORGE F.DAGUE,al the oil
and gas rights under Lease No.2430 to Manufacturers Light &Hoat Company,
towit:a gas storage well No.1 14 on farm now or formerly of the Hartley Heir
situate in \~bster District,Marshall County,~.est Virginia,and thirty-tt./o
(32)shares of cormnon stock of the First National Bank and Trust Corrgany of
l'heeling,1~st Virginia,in the name of G.N.Dague.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all the remainder and residue of my
