hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner
and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and sat-
isfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second:I direct that in case that my wife Susan Viola Evans be
living at the time of my demise she shall receiv8 all rents ann 1ne I
come from my property both pernonal and real,that neither be sold
besold,but in case that my said wife shall survive me and marry
again,then I direct that all my personal property and real estate
be sold and divided equally among all my children of both my former
and present wife.
Should my wife survive me and remain ny widow then she shall
receive all income from my property until 1:er death at which time
it Shall then be sold and equally divided amont:all my childreU.
